INDIAN CLOTHING RENTALS: (Saris / Anarkalis / Kurtas / Sherwanis )

We hope that you like everything you order from our site.  We provide you with two blouses for each sari to make sure you get a perfect fit. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can ship the items back unworn using the provided return label, in exchange for Saris and Things credit, minus shipping costs.  You must contact us via email at customerservice@sarisandthings.com within 24 hours of your arrival date in order to have the credit issued. Please include your order ID as it appears in your receipt.

In case you cancel your rental order before the rental start date or before the order is shipped (as in the case of an event being cancelled or you not being able to attend), please let us know and we will issue a store credit for the full amount paid, that is valid for six months from the order date. The store credit can be used for any future rental with Saris and Things.

INDIAN CLOTHING PURCHASES: (Saris / Anarkalis / Kurtas / Sherwanis )

If you purchased any Indian Clothing from us, such as Saris, Anarkalis, Kurtis, Lehengas, Sherwani or Kurta, and are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt and we will gladly exchange or give you a website credit for your order, minus shipping costs. Items have to be unworn and tags must be attached to qualify for a credit. 

OTHER ITEMS: Swimwear / Jewerly / Sari Blouses / Shoes:

We will accept return for a refund minus shipping costs, within 30 days of your purchase date.  All items should have the tags attached and must be unused, unworn and without stains to qualify for a return. Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns on any thongs or g-strings.
